- Diagnostic tools can suffer from being too generic for customers
- Progress indicators are expected
- “Does Not Apply” option is needed in large question sets to allow customers to condidently ignore irelevant questions
- Tools still need to have enough visual appeal to make people “want” to use and progress through them.
- Vague headings are a turn-off (reinforcing the “Too Genric” comment)
