• Progress indicators are expected
• “Does Not Apply” option is needed in large question sets to allow customers to condidently ignore irelevant questions
• Tools still need to have enough visual appeal to make people “want” to use and progress through them.
• Vague headings are a turn-off (reinforcing the “Too Genric” comment)
